Your generated document is stored temporarily (currently about 7 days) so it can be delivered and re-opened from your confirmation page, after which it is automatically removed from that temporary storage. A copy is also sent to your email, which remains in your own inbox. Payment records are retained by Stripe and by us as needed for accounting, tax, and legal purposes.
The site uses only the cookies and storage necessary for it to function. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy to describe them.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and reputable service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@swpppbuilder.com. Note that some records (such as payment records) may need to be retained for legal or accounting reasons.
The service is intended for businesses and individuals involved in construction permitting and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here, and the "Last updated" date will reflect the most recent version.
